UAW Labor for Palestine is in full support of all students and student-workers under attack by the Trump administration for supporting the liberation of Palestine and Palestinian people, including former UAW 2710 member Mahmoud Khalil, Leqaa Kordia, and UAW President Grant Miner. An injury to one is an injury to all!
We condemn Columbia University. We condemn the use of ICE detention and deportation to silence those opposing settler colonialism, apartheid, and genocide by the Zionist state and U.S. government.
We call on all unionized workers and non-unionized workers to prepare at the local and regional level for a strike in the event that Student Workers of Columbia, UAW Local 2710 calls for one. As UAW Labor for Palestine, we are prepared to mobilize across the UAW in support of any UAW siblings under attack for organizing against genocide and for international working class solidarity. From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free!
