Two UCDF healthcare workers Dr. Jesse Ghannam who is a professor at UCSF and UCSF UAW 4811 member Tasfia Rashid spoke out at a memorial for the many thousands of Palestinians who have been killed and injured by the US supported Israeli genocide. They talked about the reasons for the long history of Israel and the US in the Middle East and why the US military industrial complex is directly connected to the UC system. They also discuss the targeting of UC students, faculty and staff who have been retaliated against for speaking out against the genocide. This interview was done on 10/8/24
