This morning @sagaftramembersforceasefire joined dozens of fellow DC labor workers, @dc4ceasefire and community members to picket the DC Council. Summer recess is approaching and we urge the council to move forward and introduce a ceasefire resolution.
As rank-and-file labor members, we recognize that adopting a ceasefire resolution is a bare minimum. We will continue to answer the call to action issued by the Palestinian General Federation of Trade Unions-Gaza.
We will continue to organize. We will continue to mobilize.
