For almost a month, NYLAG management has made it their mission to harass and intimidate workers for their pro-Palestine speech in our office and our membership has now said ENOUGH!
On Monday, ABN overwhelmingly voted to send the “Statement on NYLAG Silencing Workers’ Speech” to NYLAG management to denounce weeks of outrageous first amendment right violations!
Today, members took it one step further by filing an Unfair Labor Practice charge with the National Labor Relations Board. As it reads in the statement; “We are committed to fighting this policy until it is retracted in full.”
We will not be silenced. From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free. 🍉
