This week, in collaboration with @laborforpalestine and @uawlaborforpalestine, we approached the UAW International Executive Board during their quarterly 3-day meeting to demand they add divestment from Israel on their agenda. Local UAW members and UAW retirees joined us on the street as we were greeted with a plethora of thumbs up and words of gratitude from UAW members as they drove into the solidarity house. We know we’re not alone, and we will continue to build until the UAW IEB will put their actions where their mouths are.
