Speakers Include:

  • Imad Temezia, the international liaison from the Palestinian Postal Service Workers Union (PPSWU). He previously represented Palestine in the Universal Postal Union (UPU) from 2020-2024, and lives and works and organizes in the West Bank. 
  • Muna Abhari, an organizer with the Boycott Divestment and Sanctions Campaign (BDS). 
  • Ibrahim Shikaki, associate professor of economics at Trinity College, Hartford, CT. He earned his PhD from the New School for Social Research in New York, and held teaching positions in the US, Italy, and Palestine. Ibrahim teaches courses on macroeconomic theory, economic growth, inequality, and history of economic thought. His research fields include growth and distribution models, economic history, and the political economy of Palestine. His most recent publication is an article in the 2026 volume of the Socialist Register titled “Dependency and Dispossession in Palestine: From Colonialism to the War on Gaza”. Ibrahim is a member of the Union for Radical Political Economics (URPE), the Association for Heterodox Economics (AHE), and the Association of American University Professors (AAUP).
