oin Austin Young Active Labor Leaders (YALL) as we mobilize a labor contingent at the “77 Years of Ongoing Nakba: The World Rejects Zionism” march in response to the most recent call from Palestinian Trade Unions. As organized labor, we know that we don’t cross picket lines—we walk them. That’s why we’re coming together to increase pressure for immediate, lawful, and targeted sanctions on Israel, including a full military embargo.
The Nakba (“catastrophe”) marks the mass displacement and dispossession of Palestinians beginning in
1948-a process that continues today through occupation, blockade, and state violence. An injury to one is an injury to all, we stand with the international labor movement and grassroots organizers demanding an end to U.S. complicity in Israeli apartheid and violence.
•Look for union shirts, banners, and signs to march together in unity as a labor bloc.
•Wear your union gear and/or bring signs connecting worker struggles to international solidarity.
This event is a part of a broader community-led action centering Palestinian voices and organized resistance. All workers committed to justice, peace, and anti-imperialism are welcome.
