Bay Area trade unionists rallied and spoke out at the Oakland Airport FedEx on September 9, 2026 to demand that FedEx stop shipping jet parts to Israel for genocide and war. The executive director of the Alameda Labor Council Keith Brown spoke and a delegation of trade unionists and community supporters tried to deliver a letter to the FedEx management that they stop exporting weapons for jets that drop 2,000 pound bombs on the Gaza population. They also talked about the role of FedEx in union busting and supporting the redistricting in Tennessee and in Memphis where the largest FedEx hub is located.
