UTLA has endorsed the nationwide boycott of Home Depot in solidarity with immigrant workers, day laborers, and families impacted by ICE raids.
We join the Boycott Home Depot Coalition in demanding that Home Depot end the use of its properties for immigration enforcement, protect day laborers, remove surveillance technology, and compensate families harmed by raids.
As educators, we see the daily impact of immigration raids on our students and families. We stand with immigrant workers and demand safety, dignity, and accountability.
We call on LAUSD to stop purchasing from Home Depot and encourage educators, fellow unions, and community partners to join the boycott.
Don’t shop at Home Depot. Stand with immigrant workers.
