Hamoud Salhi is a political analyst and former senior writer for Gulf News, the leading English-language newspaper in the Arab world. He appears on Al-Jazeera, the BBC, and China Global Television, and is Professor of Political Science, Associate Dean, and Senior International Officer at California State University Dominguez Hills.
A third-generation political activist, and a revolutionary socialist since the 1960s, Michael Letwin is former president of UAW 2325 (1990-2003), and a cofounder of New York City Labor Against the War (2001), Labor for Palestine (2004), Jews for Palestinian Right of Return (2013), Labor for Standing Rock (2016), and UAW Labor for Palestine (2023).
Shelly Pires is a legal services worker in New York City and a member of UAW Local 2325.
Marcus Hyde has been a lead organizer in the effort and was at the UAW’s 2026 Constitutional Convention with the Unite All Workers for Democracy caucus. He is with local ALAA 2325 and has worked with Labor for Palestine National Network.
