The Labor for Palestine National Network stands in solidarity with the April 7, 2025 Palestinian General Strike in the West Bank!
As we build toward answering the Palestinian General Federation of Trade Unions–Gaza’s May Day 2025 call for escalated labor action—including “general strikes and widespread civil disobedience”—against the ongoing U.S.-backed settler colonial genocide in Gaza, we uplift and stand with Palestinian workers taking action tomorrow in the West Bank.
This general strike is a powerful act of resistance, and a call to the world to stand against genocide, apartheid, and colonial occupation.
We are inspired by the steadfastness of Palestinian workers, and commit to deepening our own organizing in labor and student movements across the U.S.—even as the Trump regime escalates its attacks on Palestine solidarity and civil liberties.
