A proud, retired California teacher gave a heart-breaking testimony during the November CalSTRS board meeting to say she is grief stricken that her retirement fund has funded the killing of over 20,000 children in Gaza along with their family members and teachers.
She is part of an ever growing coalition who showed up to ask for divestment of funds that provide material support to a live streamed genocide for the past two years and the ongoing and escalating settler violence in occupied Palestine.
