It’s been a year of genocide and 75 years of silencing Palestine by our U.S government, media, and big corporations.
Meta fired me for my Palestine advocacy and organizing efforts, but I will not be silenced in loudly calling out their censorship of Palestine and support of an apartheid state.
On Oct. 7 2024, Meta sent messages to directors and above instructing them to continue banning any discussion of Palestine at work. Meta is censoring and firing employees, Meta is censoring and banning Palestine content and Palestine advocates on IG and FB, and Meta is appallingly providing data to the IDF (bit.ly/MetaSupportsApartheid).
It’s time to be louder and bolder in holding our own companies accountable in the part they play in enabling genocide.
