Rally @Cuptertino, California — It’s Time to Hold Apple Accountable

Instagram post here.

Apple believes they can stay silent on the issues that matter most. So, while they are announcing their newest tech, we will be outside their HQ, reminding them their silence is unacceptable. We are so proud and grateful to be joining forces with our Congolese brothers and sisters, and we hope you Bay Area folks can join us.

Our demands are:

• Acknowledge 🇵🇸ian suffering, the same way CEO Tim Cook acknowledged Israeli suffering in his Oct 9 email.
• Recognize the impact of cobalt mining on the Congolese people, provide sufficient plans to help those affected in Congo
• End systemic suppression and retaliation against employees.
• Open up the Muslim@Apple Slack channel again, and better monitor the racism from your own employees.
• Audit your Israeli employees who have served in the IDF to confirm no Apple employee is complicit in committing war crimes.
• Remove all far-right & religious organizations from Benevity donation matching program
• Remove war profiteers Ronald D. Sugar (Northrop Grumman), and Susan L. Wagner (Blackrock) from their Board of Directors

Exact location will be dropped here 24 hours before. Turn on notifications for our profile so you get alerted when it does.

Not in Bay Area? No problem! You should also turn on notifications for our account so you can find out how you can rally Apple in your own city – more details coming soon.
